What is the Kentucky Bourbon Festival?
The Kentucky Bourbon Festival began in 1992 as a bourbon tasting and dinner. Five years ago, the Kentucky Bourbon Festival set out to reimagine itself and it quickly solidified its reputation as a must-attend event for bourbon enthusiasts from all over the world.
The event currently attracts over 50,000 visitors annually from more than twelve countries, including Japan and the U.K. The festival is nearly always a sell-out, with more than 10,000 tickets available and sold to both distilleries and attendees.
Festival goers can enjoy samples from more than 60 distilleries, explore limited single-barrel selections, and engage with industry experts through interactive panels and tastings. This year’s lineup also includes expanded programming in The Great Tent, offering more opportunities to learn from master distillers, discover new brands, and dive into the art of bourbon-making.
