What locations in downtown Louisville will the shuttles pick-up and drop-off?Louisville Marriott Downtown and The Galt House Hotel

What are the hours for the shuttles?They will begin at 11AM all days, and run until approximately midnight all days.

How often will there be shuttles headed to the festival?Shuttles will run approximately every hour. As soon as all seats are filled the shuttle will depart.

Can I hop on and hop off at different locations?No, the shuttles will stop only at the Festival, the two hotels, and Angel's Envy if tickets were purchased for that experience.

Where is the pick-up and drop-off at the festival?In the driving lanes directly in front of the entrance to the South Wing.

What are considered "peak times" and how does that affect wait times?Peak times for arrival at the festival are between 4PM - 7PM, with the heaviest between 6PM and 7PM. Wait times for shuttles will be longer due to demand.

Where do we pick up our shuttle passes?Shuttle passes (wristbands) will be picked up at the Pegasus table in the East Lobby of the Galt House or across from Salon B in the Louisville Downtown Marriott. Salon B is located by going through the Marriott’s Main Lobby, passing through Starbucks to the hallway on the right. The Pegasus table will be in this hallway and the shuttle bus can be accessed through an adjacent door. You must pick up your passes at the hotel you indicated when you purchased your passes. Please bring a photo ID to pick up your passes.

When can we pick up our shuttle passes?Bourbon & Beyond Shuttle passes can be picked up at the Pegasus tables in the hotels starting at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 19. Pegasus tables at both hotels will be open every day of the festival from 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM until all of the passes have been distributed. Louder Than Life Shuttle Passes can be picked up at Pegasus tables in the hotels starting at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 26.)

Do children ride free?No. All passengers, regardless of age, must be in an individual seat. Infants and toddlers must be restrained in a federally approved car seat and children under 40” tall must use a booster seat. Pegasus does not provide car seats or booster seats.
