Chauffeur and Bourbon Tour Hosts

The Family at Pegasus is always hiring for additional Chauffeur's and Host's. In order to qualify for this potential position we are looking for individuals that meet the following requirements:


25 Years of Age or Older

Five or more years of driving similar equipment

MVR with official stamp from Department of Motor Vehicles

No moving violations within the last three years

No DUI’s ever

No felony convictions ever

Not currently employing themselves as a TNC (Uber, Lyft, etc) driver

Pre-Employment National background check


Great flexibility, part time, first class operation, predominately climate controlled.

Dispatch and Reservations Specialist

Job Description: Dispatch and Reservations Specialist Reports to: Front Office Team Leader Position Summary:

The Dispatch and Reservations Specialist role as an Inside Sales Representative processes all reservation requests, changes and cancellation received by phone, email, affiliate portals, etc. and provides attentive, courteous and efficient customer service at all times. The Dispatch and Reservations Specialist maintains a working knowledge of the all company vehicles, Bourbon Tour offerings, and services offered as well as awareness of other roles and responsibilities throughout the organization. This position must provide the highest level of service to our guests in all reservation/service related functions.



Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive and follow through on all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, email, affiliate portal, etc.
  • Works with Chauffeur availability to assign Chauffeurs to all trips
  • Identify guest reservation needs
  • Input and access data in reservation system.
  • Verify availability of vehicle/service
  • Explain rate, any special rate(Derby, Prom), and cancellation policies to callers
  • Accommodate and document special requests in reservation system
  • Answer questions about vehicles and services offered
  • Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction by offering attentive service to every guest and associate
  • Anticipate potential issues and problems and engage proactively to avoid them
  • Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently and courteously
  • Listen carefully to understand all guest requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information
  • Remain up-to-date and familiar with company policies/procedures, local attractions, current events, directions and other information on the local area in order to provide accurate information to guests
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or other management

Vehicle Detailer

Responsible for cleanliness of vehicles per Pegasus Global standards. Assist Fleet Manager with routine inspections, maintenance, and condition of vehicles.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Pegasus Global standards
  • Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Pegasus Global standards
  • Wash and rinse the vehicle’s exterior with spot free water - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks
  • Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshields for damage; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found
  • Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
  • Fuel if needed and stage vehicle
  • Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
  • Responsible for wearing proper personal protection equipment (PPE) when necessary and ensuring cleaning, detailing, washing and sanitization supplies are available
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Work closely with Fleet Manager on all matters related to vehicle condition, performance, etc.

Position Requirements

  • Must be at least 25 years of age
  • Clean Driving record for the preceding 3-year period
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen in accordance with Pegasus Global requirements

Special Requirements

  • Job will be performed inside and outside and will require frequent walking and strenuous activity daily
  • Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
